Hello, I’m Roy Shirekuli, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Giroy Property Management Ltd, also known as Giroy Properties.

When I started this journey back in 2009, my vision was simple: to build a real estate company that people could trust — one that delivers more than just properties, but long-term value, peace of mind, and lasting relationships.

Over the years, I’ve seen Nairobi and Kenya’s real estate market transform, and I’m proud that Giroy Properties has grown alongside it. Today, we offer everything from property sales and rentals (furnished & unfurnished) to professional management, consultancy, and valuation services. My role has always been to ensure that every client we serve — whether a family searching for a dream home, an investor seeking opportunities, or a landlord needing reliable management — feels supported, understood, and valued.

At the heart of my leadership is a commitment to integrity, transparency, and innovation. I believe real estate is not just about buildings and land — it’s about people, communities, and opportunities that shape the future.
